1. To walk or strut with a defiant and/or insolent air.
2. To boast or brag noisily.
3. To bring, drive, or force something blustering.

4. Showy manner, conduct, or walk with the sole purpose of displaying one's arrogance and conceit proudly.

EX.  Squirtle used Swagger. It was not very effective. Bulbasaur is dismissive of said swagger.
