With Ego and Dan really hitting their stride in recent episodes and finding a good bit of chemistry/insanity that I was worried would be lost without Jon, we get brilliant moments, musical and manic, like the proclamation of Power Radish. Atpunk01, liltommyj, and xXJerryTerryXx are back this week with another remix masterpiece in the form of this lovely collaboration that elevates the medium and lifts the Grump Nation up with a stirring anthem. Grump fans everywhere are divided in everything but our passionate enjoyment of the machinations and madness that is Game Grumps. As a proud co-owner of a pair of "I'm a Grump"/"I'm not so Grump!" T-Shirts, I'm glad to be part of the fandom.

Nobody knows how I feel... what sane person would continue a blog this unsuccessful after pumping out articles that almost no one reads for a year and a half of half-baked articles about Game Grumps and Pocket Monsters and Magic the Gatherings and Dungeons and Dragons and Nothing. But I will continue on for the same reason a salmon swims upstream...

THE "EAR OF LUIGI" REMIX

...because he knows at the end of the day, he'll always end up buying a new Nintendo console eventually ever since those Japanese demons sunk their fangs into his flesh with their Game Boy and SNES and have been slowly draining him of his youth and genius for two decades. You may think it is a waste of time, that it is no use, that this generation of video game consoles is about to coming crashing down around our ears but...

GAME GRUMPS REMIX: YOU'RE WRONG

...YOU'RE WRONG! I'm a sentimental optimist and I think that is just the beginning of a new generation that will begin a bright new age of challenges and entertainment to gamers young and old, male and female, and everything on every part of the spectrum. Microsoft will redeem itself, Sony will continue to strive to compete, and Nintendo will keep on Nintnedoing. That is the way it has been and the way it shall be.

P.S. F#@% the OUYA. If I wanna play android games, I would. But they all suck. If you've ever purposely played a cell phone (besides in a situation like sitting on a bus or in a car or in a waiting room) game rather than play a console/PC game, read a book, or played with your hair instead...you disgust me.

What's that? I just talked about my love for the Simpsons yesterday and I'm following up with a fan song about everyone's favorite character-- well, everyone who appreciates the poor blue-haired bastard's awkward position as Bart's whipping boy-- but guess what kiddies, "everything is comping up Milhouse!" Because this week we got an awesome remix from one of my favorite youtube subscriptions, Cossbysweater, whom you may or may not remember from A Song For Ulvaak.

I've shared several of their works before on Music Monday and, as if to grant a wish I didn't even know I wanted, they've come together to produce a delightfully dense collaboration mixing and blending their styles into something that is truly stirring.
